Our Beekeepers

Every Honeyrock product starts in the hive, so the beekeepers we work with matter more than anything else.

We currently work with Angela and Millie of Enbom Honeys, a mother-and-daughter beekeeping operation based in Victoria's Central Goldfields. Their small-scale apiary moves with the seasons between primarily forest locations around Talbot, Majorca and Dunnstown, away from conventional farmland and the sprays that come with it. Here, the bees forage on native wildflowers and eucalypts. We buy only the honey from their forest sites.

Naturally, the bees choose what they forage, so every honey flow is different. The flavour, colour and texture of each batch reflect the flora and the season it came from.

Angela and Millie believe all good beekeepers are natural beekeepers: working with nature, putting the bees' wellbeing first, and valuing everything the hive makes, from the honey to the beeswax and propolis. That shared belief is why we work with them.

As Honeyrock grows, every beekeeper we work with will be held to the Honeyrock Standards, and we'll introduce them here.
